      According to recent studies, 5 percent of all motor vehicle fatalities are clearly caused by automobile maintenance neglect.

      The cooling system should be completely flushed and refilled about every 24 months. The level, condition, and concentration of coolant should be checked. (A 50/50 mix of anti-freeze and water is usually recommended.)

      Never remove the radiator cap until the engine has thoroughly cooled. The tightness and condition of drive belts, clamps and hoses should be checked by a pro.

  • I have a clutch that was slipping and slowly go into gear. I took it to Nor Cal and Alan said it was definitely the clutch he gave me a cost and a timeframe. The cost was less than two other shops I tried. The service writer was friendly and very courteous. My car was fixed. I also did an oil change which comes with a free bumper to bumper inspection and with that they were able to let me see areas that needed work in the near future and other that were coming up. I will definitely come back and bring my daughters car.
